In the event of a dispute between you and ph2221:

1. First-Level Resolution: You must first contact ph2221's customer support at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute directly. ph2221 will acknowledge dispute submissions within two (2) business days and respond substantively within seven (7) business days.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute cannot be resolved at the first level within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established consumer complaint resolution process, consistent with ph2221's licensing obligations.
3. Judicial Proceedings: Subject to the PAGCOR escalation process, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the final resolution of any unresolved disputes.
